Delight House is a nonprofit mental health organization founded and led by Asian women who share a common vision: to create a world where emotional wellness is recognized as a fundamental right, not a luxury. Grounded in cultural humility, clinical excellence, and community care, we offer accessible and affirming mental health services to Asian individuals and families in Orange County — with plans to expand across the region.

We understand that healing is not one-size-fits-all. Every person carries a unique story shaped by their identity and experiences, and we are committed to meeting each individual where they are, with empathy and respect. At Delight House, mental health is not a standalone service — it’s the foundation of everything we do. Through therapy, outreach, and advocacy, we work to ensure that no one suffers in silence, and no one walks their healing journey alone.

Delight House is led by a multidisciplinary team of Asian women clinicians, advocates, and community builders. Our founders and leadership bring a powerful blend of professional expertise and lived experience that shapes every aspect of our work. As licensed therapists, psychiatric providers, case managers, and educators, we are united by a shared commitment to delivering culturally responsive and trauma-informed care.
